Description:Required Skills:Business or technology experience; focus in business Process Management (BPM, Six Sigma, DFSS; Lean experience a plus).Working knowledge of process-based technology framework (such as Infrastructure Technology Library(ITIL) or other).Certification a plus.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo, drive change, design innovative solutions and deliver resultsStrong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration and influencing skillsStrong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work across functions and organizational lines/levelsAbility to effectively challenge and build consensus, with ability to assimilate or integrate new concepts quicklyHigh attention to detailsDemonstrated dependability and ability to act with a sense of urgency

Desired Skills:Understanding of Infrastructure Technology functions and processesUnderstanding of Technology Services and how the IT processes support the lifecycle of the servicesWorking knowledge of COBIT or other best practice. Certification a plus.Working experience with Process Maturity Assessments CMMI, TIPA or other best practice based on ISI/IEC 15504 standard. Certification a plus.ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) modeling experience a plusKnowledge of banking technologySix Sigma Green or black belt certification
