This role is responsible for creating and implementing the Dashlane event strategy and working in collaboration with the VP of Brand Marketing, Senior Director of PR, and VP of Product Marketing Management. This role will oversee both in-person events and digital events, with the goal of driving leads, MQLs, revenue, and brand awareness.Location:You will be based in our NYC office in a hybrid capacity with 3 days in our office.Responsibilities:Act as the lead to develop the Dashlane event strategy, both in-person and online, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and PMM.Lead the organization for on-site events, including briefing, cross-functional management, timelines, vendor management, reporting, budget, and creative development. You will work closely with Operations, Brand, Creative, Growth, and Sales to ensure appropriate fulfillment of event deliverables.Lead the organization and execution of our webinar series, including concepting of new webinars with PMM and working to produce these in partnership with Operations and the production agency.Ensure internal teams are briefed on the event calendar and that there are promotional plans in place including Web, Lifecycle, Paid Social, and Organic Social. Create the briefs and work with Operations and Creative to execute assets for handoff to teams.Keep up to date on webinar best practices and make strategic recommendations for how to incorporate those into our events; analyze and share post-event data to create status reports on webinar or event effectiveness.Be responsible for speaker management and presenters for webinars. For in-person events, you will partner with PR and support on developing presentations and talking points.Make strategic adjustments or recommendations to future events and webinars based on the results of this data analysis and business objectives.Lead communication for answering, directing calls to the team, or handling specific requests, monitoring shared emails, and answering event attendees' questions in a timely and professional manner.Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to develop swag, collateral, digital assets, and delivery.Requirements:8+ years of experience in event production, preferably in cybersecurity with B2B demand generation experience.We’re also looking for:Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in the event management space.Deep understanding of event logistics, technical production, and venue management, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing circumstances.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience in producing digital events such as webinars.Salary Range:

$150,000 - $175,000 in base salaryOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits and other opportunities at Dashlane. We also include equity in all compensation packages and believe 100% of Dashlaners should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth.Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners.
