Social Media Planning and Strategy ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Social Media Strategist to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and executing robust social media strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms and excel at using analytics to inform strategic decisions.

This is not a content creation role ; it is a strategic leadership position aimed at driving our social media efforts to new heights.Responsibilities:Strategic Development:

Craft long-term and tactical social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, WeChat, and more, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals and brand identity.

Strategic Oversight:

Provide strategic guidance for the creation of engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform. Collaborate with the in-house design team to ensure that all creative needs align with the overarching social media strategy.

Editorial Strategy Management:

Lead the development and management of the editorial strategy and calendar for Intertrend’s owned and sponsored content, focusing on strategic content planning and publishing.

Analytics and Optimization:

Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Industry Insight and Innovation:

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Leverage this knowledge to refine and enhance our social media strategies.

Strategic Advisory:

Serve as a key resource for social media expertise, offering strategic insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.

Training and Development:

Oversee the training and provide quality assurance for the Social Specialist, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective execution.

Community Management Strategy:

Guide the Social Specialist in monitoring and responding to follower queries and customer reviews, ensuring strategic consistency in community management.

Technological Awareness:

Keep abreast of current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications to inform strategic decisions.

Reporting and Insights:

Deliver comprehensive campaign analysis and social listening reports to the media team, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Sprout Social.

Qualifications:Proven experience in developing and executing high-impact social media strategies.In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their strategic applications.Proficiency in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform strategy.Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media.Experience managing paid social media campaigns and optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.RequirementsSkills
