The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will be a key player in shaping our social media presence, analyzing market trends, and crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

$ 58,700 to $63,000Responsibilities:Social Media Management (50%):

Create and schedule engaging content for our external-facing social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos.Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.Monitor social media trends and adapt our strategy accordingly.Track social media analytics and report on key performance indicators.Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms.Insights, Strategy, and Messaging (30%):

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors.Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies based on research insights and business objectives.Define campaign goals, target audiences, messaging frameworks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm innovative campaign concepts and develop compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.Write persuasive copy for marketing materials, ad campaigns, and social media content.Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign strategies to maximize ROI.Event Coordination (20%):
