Medical Indicators, Inc. (“MII”), a rapidly growing, New Jersey-based medical device manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President - Marketing (“VP-Marketing”) to join the team.

You will oversee all aspects of our marketing initiatives, from developing comprehensive strategies to executing impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will serve as a senior advisor, leveraging your expertise to guide our leadership team in effectively understanding and meeting the needs of our current and prospective customers. You will take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Your insights into market dynamics will inform the development of innovative products and services that exceed customer expectations and strengthen our competitive position.
Overall, as VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, enhancing customer engagement, and reinforcing Medical Indicators Inc as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive strategic marketing plans for new product development to meet company goals.
Create and manage marketing budgets.
Plan and coordinate marketing efforts, including product launches.
Develop and produce marketing materials and programs across various media.
Create and implement strategies to improve market penetration.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, preparing reports as needed.
Attend industry events and prepare post-event analysis.
Support global registration strategy.
Maintain consistent corporate branding in all marketing materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
6-10 years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in the medical device industry.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
Experience in the consumer tech industry is a plus.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven problem solving and process evaluation.
Proven experience in hands-on execution for a small, growing company.
Digital and Social Media Marketing Expertise is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
The VP Marketing is a hybrid position working remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and at our Headquarters located in Hamilton, NJ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. MII offers several flexible hour arrangements for on-site days.
The proposed salary band for this position is $150,000-$175,000 annually. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
