Digital Content Strategist, Lead

As a Digital Content Strategist, you know how to inform and engage key audiences and promote an organization's desired reputation. We're looking for an experienced communications specialist like you, who is ready to lead and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you'll share your consulting expertise to oversee the design, development, and production of a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports our clients in the federal space.As a Digital Content Strategist on our team, you'll manage end-to-end strategy, execution, and measurement of an integrated digital, social media, and Web presence for key clients engaging a range of audiences on a variety of topics. You'll coordinate content and graphics input and maintain detailed outreach calendars and release schedules across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr, YouTube, blogs, and websites. You'll lead the execution of high-visibility digital outreach campaigns in collaboration with industry partners and collaborators. You'll analyze digital engagement performance and benchmarks against industry standards and best practices, including SEO, Google Analytics, Urchin 6, Twitter Analytics, and custom-build tools, as appropriate. You'll translate analyses into user-friendly snapshots and other products to visualize and demonstrate communication outcomes and return on investment. You'll liaise across client partners and collaborating organizations to synchronize message consistency and amplify campaign reach and impact.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:7+ years of experience with planning and executing social media or Web outreach campaigns for public sector, private sector, or non-profit clientsExperience with developing sophisticated, integrated digital engagement campaigns, including project planning, interagency coordination, and detailed content calendar planning and release schedulesKnowledge of digital analytics techniques and tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, Urchin 6, Twitter Analytics, and HootsuiteKnowledge of current and emerging trends, standard operating procedures, and best practices for conducting social media and outreach efforts to meet client missionsAbility to manage or oversee a range of junior- and mid-level Booz Allen team members and subject matter expertsBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience with supporting major public sector clients in conducting large-scale communications campaign workCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
