Our blood bank offers a low-stress environment, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to join a supportive, inclusive team and an organization with a vibrant community relationship.Job Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for the Laboratory and all activities related to the production of blood products.Supervise Laboratory Staff performing component production, inventory control, distribution, and reference immunohematology.Ensure compliance with regulatory and standard-setting agencies regarding blood product manufacture.Minimum Qualifications:Meet CLIA General supervisor qualifications.Hold a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (CLS).Experience as a technologist performing high complexity testing in a clinical laboratory.Familiarity with standard laboratory methods and techniques.For details and to apply, visit www.nccbb.net/employment.html.
