Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must!12+ months contractOnsite in Oklahoma City, OK.Immediate need for a Web Content Coordinator who will be responsible for content creation and curation across a wide scope of content styles and digital platforms, including the end client's external website.Must have experience in website or content management. Must have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to work quickly under deadlines. Must have experience writing technical documentation and creative content that is crisp and compelling, and the ability to adapt to any necessary writing style and agency voice.The Content Coordinator is also responsible for assisting the Department with evaluating current and planned content, in addition to recommending high-level steps to ensure proposed content is cohesive and user-friendly. This individual will also analyze user and agency needs as it relates to the agency's online and internal presence.You'll also be responsible for:Managing and assisting with content-planning and strategy for the agency’s website(s) and intranet.Being proficient with web analytics, approaches, and tools. Monitoring web analytics by measuring key content metrics, such as web traffic, social interactions, and on-site engagement. Communicating analytic results and presenting improvement recommendations to leadership.Being proficient with web quality assurance and control approaches and tools. Monitoring website quality and usability by measuring key metrics, such as broken hyperlinks, misspellings, and accessibility issues, and reporting these issues and applied corrections to leadership.Managing the implementation of agency web content policy, procedures, and standards.Leading the QA/QC team and overseeing all website and intranet changes and ensuring proper change control processes are followed.Maintaining a list of AEM users by permission role and auditing monthly, submitting changes as needed, and reporting all to leadership.Being proficient in AEM web development or having the capability to be trained to become proficient.Being proficient in Microsoft SharePoint or having the capability to be trained to become proficient and assist with the department's SharePoint transition from WordPress.Assuring that the Department is in compliance with ADA requirements and the Department’s Disclaimer when publishing information internally/externally either virtually or in printed form.Analyzing user and business needs.Defining user requirements. Understanding business and technical requirements.Measuring, analyzing, and recommending high-level steps to create more cohesive content – technical and/or creative.Defining a content strategy to help the end client develop and maintain a great digital experience to successfully impact customer experiences.Using data and analytics to measure, track, and refine communications programs, and provide metrics to program leads.Working with the AEM Developer to make website updates, including creating pages, adding content to existing pages, changing and adding new images/graphics, etc.Using SharePoint to make intranet updates, including creating pages, adding content to existing pages, changing and adding new images/graphics, etc.Providing support to agencies that use the CMS to make all website updates, including creating pages, adding content to existing pages, changing and adding new images/graphics, etc.Creating content that aids citizens’ understanding of Oklahoma Transportation’s programs, projects, and services, editing content to ensure consistent quality, voice, messaging, and brand adherence.Being able to adjust and handle multiple, rapid, changing priorities.Possessing exceptional organizational skills.
