Do you have a marketing related degree and experience within a strategic marketing role? Have you worked within a technical or manufacturing environment? Due to recent expansion, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join a thriving manufacturing company and assist the Head of Sales & Marketing.Location:
WinchesterThis is an office-based position Monday-Friday. Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 per year. Also included are 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays, company pension, PMI, and further benefits and incentives.Please note you will need a full UK driving license for travel to ad-hoc events.We seek a driven and pro-active Marketing Coordinator who is happy to wear several hats! You will play a key part in the strategy planning and development in line with the company brand. Your input and knowledge will be utilised for new product launches and campaign management from concept to inception.Responsibilities include:Developing company marketing plans and strategyMarketing internally to ensure co-operation throughout the entire organizationSynchronizing marketing campaigns with European and worldwide distributors, providing full supportManaging launch campaigns for new productsUpdating and maintaining brand imageMarket, competitor and product researchMeasuring effectiveness and response rates from campaignsPlanning, co-ordinating, executing or overseeing the following activities within the marketing team:Advertising, editorial and PR campaigns, social media, direct marketing campaigns, literature, giveaways, point of sale materials, photos, videosWebsite – content, updates, SEO, e-commerce, analytics, PPCExhibitions – overseeing organization of exhibitions and other events, processing of leads and tracking ROIManaging NetSuite CRM system, providing CRM support and training to sales, marketing and technical staffBudget tracking and maintenanceEssential:Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsMarketing or business-related degree or Advanced Certificate in Marketing.Competence in Adobe Creative Suite SoftwareExperience with B2B in industrial market sectorCRM experience – ideally Oracle-basedExperience with WordPress desirablePlease note that this role cannot accommodate WHF or Hybrid options.
