The Marketing Communications Assistant is responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing communication strategies and campaigns. This role involves creating content, managing social media, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that all marketing materials align with the company’s brand and messaging.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing communication plans and campaignsCreate and edit content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the company websiteManage the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engagementCoordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materialsMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements as necessarySupport the organization of events, product launches, and other promotional activitiesConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferencesAssist in the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentationsEnsure that all communications adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and tone of voiceRequirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a marketing or communications role is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusExperience with social media platforms and content management systemsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and a strong sense of brand awarenessBenefits:
