Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. The Marketing & Communications Assistant will support various marketing and communication initiatives, helping to promote The One Agency’s services and enhance our brand presence.
Pay range:$23.00 - $32.00hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Create and edit marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and website content.Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
