What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in marketing project managementUnderstanding of email marketing platformsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to analyze data and draw actionable insights
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with personalization strategies and A/B testingExperience working in a cross-functional team environment
