Oracle Time, the UK’s leading watch magazine, is a platform delivering the latest watch news and content through various mediums, reaching around 500,000 individuals every month. We are seeking a meticulous and creative events planning & marketing coordinator to spearhead the launch of a dedicated watch exhibition and orchestrate the surrounding marketing. Join our dynamic business and experienced team and get involved in launching one of the most exciting luxury-focused events in the United Kingdom. .

Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Plan, organise, market, and execute a luxury watch exhibition targeted at consumers and watch brands.

Experiential Management: Understand the attendee journey and create a day that engages and enthrals the watch-loving community.

Brand and Venue Liaison: Effectively communicate and collaborate with brands, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.

Visual Execution: Create an “on-brand” luxury experience that discerning watch collectors will revel in.

Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a social media and marketing strategy to promote the event to potential attendees.

Subscription/Membership Marketing: Drive initiatives to enhance engagement with our existing members and subscribers (Oracle Time Magazine).

Budget Management: Efficiently manage budgets to optimise resources for a successful event.

Qualifications & Desired Attributes:

Events Planning Background: Previous experience in events planning or coordinating.

Marketing: Experience using email newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels to engage with potential customers.

Luxury Industry Knowledge: An interest in the luxury industry (watch-specific experience is ideal).

Desired Qualities:

Proficient in using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft programmes, and other basics such as Excel and ChatGPT/AI assistants.

Highly Organised and Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills.

Aesthetic Flair: Ability to craft visually appealing events aligned with brand standards.

Efficient Multitasker: Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Accomplished Project Manager: Able to create a critical plan from concept to implementation. Able to manage the progress of tasks spread across various areas.

Self-Motivated Problem-Solver: Proactive approach to problem-solving and self-driven.

Salary:

£25,000-£30,000 per annum + Commission Structure/Performance Bonus (Salary commensurate with experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
