Job SummaryWe are looking for a full-time Office & Marketing Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks at our Riverside office. You will be an integral part of ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office and supporting our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within our company.An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable working with people across all departments within Medcom and assisting those visitors, vendors, and delivery persons who frequent our office. Your success in this position will depend heavily on the ability to manage multiple projects, multiple personalities, and a flexible list of job duties and responsibilities.The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.ResponsibilitiesReports directly to Medcom's Marketing ManagerFollow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiencyProvide on-site assistance as requested by directors or committeesSet up meetings and webinars for various departmentsCompile management reports for bi-weekly meetingsMaintain files and records with effective filing systemsGreet and assist visitors when they arrive at the officeHandle maintenance requests by contacting and scheduling repairsInventory ManagementMonitor parking privileges and violationsVendor relationship managementProcessing daily in-office mailCoordinate in-office and off-site events and meetingsNew Hire onboarding supportRequirementsProven experience as an office coordinator and/or marketing supportCreative skills for designing internal communications and marketing materialsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteWorking knowledge of office equipmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent time-management skillsAbility to manage vendor relationships and office logisticsAbility to lift and manage office supplies (e.g., 50 lbs of printer copy paper).Associate or bachelor's degree is a plusFirst 90 days are expected to be in-office, after which a hybrid will be assessed (3 in-office, 2 remote)Please apply directly on our site:
