Summary/ObjectiveThe Marketing Manager at Grunt Style is integral to shaping our marketing strategy by leveraging data-driven insights and comprehensive reporting. This role oversees the marketing reporting function and focuses on optimizing the customer journey. The ideal candidate will proficiently use advanced tools such as Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, Nosto, and Shopify Analytics to generate in-depth reports on marketing campaigns and website performance. They will provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include leading the marketing reporting team, analyzing campaign effectiveness, identifying market trends, and uncovering revenue opportunities. This role requires collaboration across departments to ensure alignment of marketing and e-commerce strategies with key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for accurate KPI forecasting, developing business dashboards, and advancing personalized marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesWeb Analytics & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):Utilize web analytics, customer experience, and attribution tools to assess performance and generate actionable insights.Develop strategies to optimize priority KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Traffic, and Bounce Rate.Conduct and analyze A/B tests and the customer journey to identify opportunities for improvement.Reporting, Forecasting & Strategic Insights:Compile recurring and ad hoc reports on marketing campaigns, web merchandising, and website analytics.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing and e-commerce strategies.Lead the creation of regular web forecasts for KPIs, including traffic, AOV, Conversion Rate, and revenue.Develop and maintain business dashboards and reports to support web channel sales and KPIs.Help create reports to help further understand customer behavior and journey such as Market Basket Analysis, & Cohort analysis.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Marketing Support:Collaborate with paid advertisement, e-commerce, merchandising, and brand teams to ensure KPI-driven alignment of marketing strategies.Provide assistance and marketing support for other web channels such as email, SMS, app, website, drop-ship, and SEO.Stay informed on market trends and develop strategic procedures to enhance the brand image.Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Modeling Support:Support the development and implementation of LTV models to predict customer behavior and profitability.Assist in utilizing LTV insights to develop strategies for enhancing new customer acquisition and optimizing marketing spend.Additional Responsibilities:Identify business opportunities through researching current customer demands.Implement a measurement maturity model and roadmap for the company's measurement systems.Define and implement company-wide attribution models for connecting marketing campaign performance to revenue.RequirementsRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.Proven experience (5-8 years) in digital marketing and/or web reporting roles.Proficiency in using web analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.Strong understanding of marketing and web KPIs, including SEO and CRO.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with programs and tools such as Shopify Plus, Tripple Whale, Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, and others is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Supervisory ResponsibilityNoWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting with some time in production and warehouse environments.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. (PPE will be provided if necessary)Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
