Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing/Admissions Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Marketing/Admissions process, developing strategies to attract prospective Residents and their Families to our CBRF Communities located in Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay, WI. We are a privately owned company.
The ideal candidate must have a background in marketing and possess great communication skills, be well organized, and have computer/social media skills.
This is a full-time position with salary, company matched 401k, vacation benefits, and mileage reimbursement. A background in the Elderly/Health Care field is a plus.
Duties:
Develop and implement marketing/admission strategies to attract and admit residents to our communities.
Manage the admissions process.
Lead the marketing to attract potential Residents and their Families.
Utilize various marketing channels including social media, print advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Utilize performance marketing techniques to optimize occupancy numbers.
Maintain and update the admissions database using Word, Excel, or similar platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in admissions, sales, or marketing roles.
Self-starter and self-motivated qualities are a must.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet enrollment targets.
Must have reliable transportation.
