Apex is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to join a Food and Beverage Company in the Greater St. Louis area.This is a contract role. Only local candidates will be considered.Responsibilities:Strategizing, planning, and crafting customer-facing content including blogs, content updates, eblasts to customers, landing pages, and more.Creating customer journeys for campaigns and project managing campaigns so the team understands the campaign plan fully and how we plan to execute.Copywriting all content for digital content.Translating technical data into something palatable our customers can use to help with their customers.Must be able to/have knowledge of backend WordPress to not only write content but also deploy it.Super user and admin of CMS and eblast deployment systems: SFDC/Pardot.Reporting on campaign success metrics and presenting data in a way many people in the organization understand.Integral member of the lead management process team to create a lead management process that works for the whole organization.Strategizing and coordinating website refresh launches - gathering information for the site, rewording, and working with agencies and copywriters to have content appropriate for the sites.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.10+ years of marketing experience, preferably with copywriting experience, marketing management experience, and digital marketing.Strong presentation and writing skills and ability to effectively communicate technical data to a wide range of audiences.Graphic skills preferred for compelling visual presentations.Knowledge of project management to lead projects.Proven ability to work independently and on a team, juggle multiple priorities, and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.Proficient in operating Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and interested in developing creative skills to manage other visual software and apps.Knowledge and skills in WordPress, Pardot, and Salesforce.com.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
