This exciting opportunity involves leading the development of process-improvement training and communication materials, and establishing key partnerships within the company. The role requires a strong background in instructional design and project management to ensure timely rollouts and effective training solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the training team in designing company-wide training materials such as toolkits, broadcasts, and web-based learning modules.Establish and maintain relationships with corporate departments, division leadership, and associates to ensure successful development and rollout of training solutions.Facilitate working sessions to develop current and future-state training processes.Collaborate with Corporate Training and Development to create and review training materials using best instructional learning practices.

The Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in developing training processes/instructional design utilizing different delivery methods.Strong project management skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.Proven ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies.Ability to escalate issues appropriately and drive them to resolution.Experience with Canva, power automate, and Teams survey forms creations.Previously managed releases using Jira.
