About This Role
Agility Partners is working with a leading retail grocer in search of a high-level product designer to join their organization on a new team/project. This position will focus on how customers and associates process payments and POS experiences for instore and ecommerce transactionsDevelop user journey maps, service blueprints, and other visualizations to document the current state and future vision for our point of sale ecosystemIdentify user needs and pain points and work with stakeholders to prioritize and address themPlan and conduct user research, involving team members and stakeholders in the process, to better understand our end-users and their problems. Visiting Kroger stores to interact with users face-to-face is a significant benefit.Lead collaborative efforts and facilitate sessions (using different workshopping frameworks) with stakeholders to align on a shared vision
