Responsible for defining, promoting and communicating the strategic marketing roadmap for current and future products. Actively lead day-to-day decisions and activities related to the product marketing roadmap, priorities, competitive assessment, product positioning, and customer messaging for lender and servicer related products. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with product management, sales, internal stakeholders and customers to understand customer needs, buyer personas and emerging marketing opportunities to articulate competitive advantages and create internal and external messaging to increase market awareness to increase product adoption and revenue.HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTECustomer advocate focused on understanding customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and reflecting by developing impactful positioning and customer messaging.Desire to build deep product knowledge and articulate key product differentiators in an impactful way.Responsible for creating, managing and executing product marketing roadmap based on market opportunities and organizational priorities.Create product collateral (Product presentations, product sheets, FAQs, white papers, videos, website copy, blog posts, etc) to articulate the benefits and value proposition of company product lines that includes Voice of the Customer and Voice of Sales feedback.Define value proposition, messaging and product differentiation. Partner with marketing to execute digital and traditional marketing strategies.Gather, analyze and summarize campaign results and make recommendations for future campaign strategies based on results.Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for successful market launches for product launches and key initiatives.Develop processes to understand customer use cases, package those insights, and promote them in a way that drives customer adoption.Subject matter expert on the competitive landscape, gaining an understanding of similar products to identify product gaps, assess and address competitive threats while developing sales tools to overcome client objectives.Drive the ongoing advancement and planning of the product marketing roadmap by working with sales, internal stakeholders, marketing, development and individual clients.Other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGRequired Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.7+ years of experience in product marketing, product positioning, content creation, competitive analysis, product planning and strategy.Experience marketing mortgage origination, post-close or servicing product sets or familiarity with data derived products strongly desired.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.Expert in working in cross-functional highly matrixed environments.Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.).Excellent interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across an organization and to large audiences.Sound decision making, creativity, and problem-solving skills.Collaboratively engages with product management to create, identify, and implement solutions to further effectiveness of the business.Pay Range: $114,600 - $191,000 Annually. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.What We Offer
