Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.About the role:The Product Manager III, Conduction System Pacing Marketing, will support the launch and ongoing commercial execution of an exciting portfolio of products within Cardiac Rhythm Management. This role has product line responsibility for Conduction System Pacing, an area of significant growth within the CRM franchise. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Core CRM products, customers, and competitors, and a strong business acumen to lead marketing strategy and execution of this critical product line to advance our CRM business objectives.The Product Manager III will be based at our Arden Hills, MN location and will follow a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be onsite in Arden Hills three days per week.Your responsibilities will include:Serve as downstream Brand Champion for our Conduction System Pacing portfolio, and lead the successful ongoing commercialization of multiple products within the CSP portfolio.Lead the development and implementation of CSP promotional and educational assets to communicate our product features and benefits to customers and field team members.Execute and maintain monthly dashboards on the CSP portfolio to communicate progress to internal stakeholders.Help develop, execute and maintain Core CRM commercial marketing annual operating plans to ensure accurate planning, address changing needs, and optimize budget allocation.Identify customer needs through clinician and field engagement in support of new market opportunities and investments, in partnership with the upstream CSP Product Manager.Utilize customer segmentation and product-positioning models to formulate and execute effective messaging, concept marketing techniques, and channel management. Support key opinion leader relationships.Develop and leverage relationships with US sales teams, and key cross-functional partners including supply chain, sales operations, project management, and finance.Partner with regional marketing teams on CSP launches to facilitate best practice sharing, monitor global competitive activity, and ensure global inputs to business decisions.Appropriately utilize BSC systems and processes to execute product development and management.Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional experience2+ years of medical marketing or medical device experienceExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and apply creative problem-solvingWillingness to travel up to 20% (mostly US; some global travel may be required)Preferred qualifications:MBA or related advanced degreeExperience with Cardiac Rhythm Management products and customersDemonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team memberAbility to influence leadership and key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and creation of compelling, cohesive, and succinct presentationsDemonstrated track record building relationships in a dynamic, matrixed environmentRequisition ID:
