We’re seeking a marketing copywriter to create engaging, on-brand, results-driven content in order to drive awareness, credibility, and conversion among people living with GI issues.Our ideal candidate is an experienced writer who can think strategically and conceptually, and who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-oriented startup environment. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing and sits within the Growth team. It’s an exciting opportunity to help us scale Oshi’s content marketing as we build new B2B2C partnerships and expand our direct-to-consumer brand to drive growth.What You’ll DoCreate compelling, crisp copy across channels like email, landing pages, direct mail, Meta, blogs, and more–across both our consumer-facing business channels (DTC and B2B2C).Develop our voice throughout the customer journey and lifecycle by crafting convincing conversion-driving copy across email, social, website, member communications, and offline channels.Deeply understand our target patient (who they are, what they do, why they do it) and help craft our brand voice to ensure it is consistent, strong, and compelling. Also take sensitive and highly personal stories and turn them into messaging (and testimonials) that resonate.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing team, patients, clinical teams, product, B2B, sales and more and more to develop engaging stories and content.Work with our growth team to understand performance of creative assets to constantly learn, improve, and iterate in order to meet goalsWhat You NeedMinimum 3 years experience writing for a consumer audience, preferably in digital health & healthcare and in startups.Deep interest in data, research, and insights to drive constant improvement and optimization, including a strong understanding of SEO and search trendsProven experience developing conversion-driven content marketing campaigns and copy across D2C channelsThe ability to balance multiple writing projects at once, managing from ideation to execution to meet deadlines.
