To drive this accelerated growth, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced marketing professionals, who would love to be part of this exciting journey.Key Job Responsibilities

Create a lifecycle marketing strategy for Amazon Fresh to drive purchase frequency, retention and reactivation.Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns by developing cross-channel strategy, identifying customer segments, and key messages.Build, test, and optimize engagement and retention programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, insights; regularly report out metrics.Generate deep insight about customers and invent new ways to delight and introduce/engage our customers with Amazon Fresh promotions and experiences.Partner with product and technology teams to identify new opportunities to increase engagement from active and lapsed subscribers.Partner with BI on the prioritization of the highest ROI models, reporting, and insight generation that will drive needle-moving retention improvements.Champion engagement and retention best practices across stakeholder teams.Contribute regularly to weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and annual planning.Minimum Requirements

3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
