Countryside Living , professionally managed by Ohana Ventures, is a premier senior living community seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director who will report to the Executive Director. The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for generating and managing leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the transition to their new home. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Director to develop a cutting-edge strategic marketing plan aimed at achieving budgeted occupancy targets.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership teams to ensure all associates understand sales and marketing strategies.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers, community partners, and strategic partners for ongoing referrals.

Strategize personal visits and calls to advance relationships to referral status.

Plan and assist with executing internal events showcasing our communities, including local market area events.

Maintain a referral database with detailed contact information and communication statuses.

Develop and manage quarterly Sales and Marketing Plans in collaboration with the Executive Director.

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrate a proven track record in healthcare business development.

Uphold ethical standards, honesty, dependability, and professional representation of the company.

Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends for special events or referral assistance.

Supervision:

Reports to the Executive Director.

Education & Licensing:

Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background in healthcare.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
