The LA Clippers are looking to add a Social Media Associate to support our Clippers Spirit Entertainment Team across all of our growing channels.

This is a part-time position based at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover NBA games and special events.
What You Will Do
Create content for and assist with the day-to-day management of the Clippers Entertainment social accounts.Monitor trends and analytics across platforms to pitch platform-specific content ideas.Collect iPhone content at rehearsals and performances as required.Participate in Community engagement including, without limitation, engaging with the community on all social platforms.In collaboration with Creative Director and Clippers social department, create social media branding aesthetic and voice for entertainment groups through visual and written components.Cultivate and curate influencer/content creator collaborations.Monthly content calendar planning and project specific content planning.Other projects and duties as assigned.Your Background, Skills And Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in digital/social content creation or production.Knowledge of all social media platforms, dance, and basic video-editing software is a requirement.Knowledge in dance, culture and fashion social trends.Strong understanding of dance and social trends.Experience creating content for and publishing to vertical-video platforms.Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule as this position will include working days, nights, weekends and holidays based on our game schedule.Organized with great attention to detail.Basic understanding of social media analytics to inform content decisions.Comfortable with performing in a fast-paced environment and turning content quickly, specifically on game nights due to the speed of NBA games.Great communication skills and ability to implement feedback given.A great teammate who can work collaboratively and is willing to jump in wherever needed.Compensation
The range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. The role is classified as non-exempt.The LA Clippers and Intuit Dome are proud equal opportunity employers.
