This position maintains their applications’ training environment and completes LMS course creation, participates in application testing to demonstrate quality assurance, and provides user support for applications as needed.RequirementsEducation• Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, education, computer science or a minimum of 3 years creating training materials or curriculum in a preceptor, mentor, or training position.• Healthcare background highly preferred• Epic proficiency and/or certification in focused areas highly preferred
Experience• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a complex information technology environment with a focus on application use and support.• Minimum of 3 years utilizing desktop applications and collaboration tools.• Familiarity with use of LMS systems for course assignment and classroom registration/attendance tracking is preferred.• Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, instructional design, and adult learning principles required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet common goals.
