If you are passionate about what you do and having fun while doing it; tired of rigid and strict work environments and would like to work in a non-bureaucratic startup cultural environment, WorldLink may be the place for you.We are looking for a Marketing Manager - HE Shopper Marketing who will be responsible for leading the research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. You will be responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.Role and Responsibilities:Deeply understand the digital and in-store retail shopper experience journey, consumer pain points, and industry best practices.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Retail accounts to support marketing and campaign execution efforts (content, messaging, ad campaigns, creative approvals, and others).Drive co-marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions with assigned Retailers to ensure cross-channel consistency for shoppers throughout the year.Lead regular customer-strategic planning and marketing calendar cadence with account teams.Manage content launch processes and optimizations across Retail, including all Retail marketing, in-store experiences, and websites.Brief internal stakeholders and agency partners on projects that support Shopper Marketing efforts.Report on project statuses, deliverables timelines, KPIs, and results to key stakeholders.Support efforts to create premium, curated, and integrated customer experience journeys across retail.Manage product experience lifecycle on retailer websites, including toolkit and assets updates, above-the-fold content, and A+ / below-the-fold content launches.Drive digital transformation and Omni Channel initiatives and executions to optimize the retailers’ online/offline shopping experience.Develop new processes to manage, streamline, and support derivative products and club model communications.Audit Retail account product display pages and provide opportunity assessments that outline strategies to enhance content.Manage content DAM uploads, metadata development, and folder structures for the marketing asset portal.Execute with excellence and continually look to drive improvements.Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely planning and execution of marketing campaigns and programs.Work on multiple simultaneous marketing programs that require high-speed tactical execution.Manage day-to-day relationships with internal teams and agency partners to deliver compelling and effective marketing (on/off-line) content.Required Experience and Education:7+ years of experience in marketing - retail marketing experience required.5+ years in digital marketing, advertising, or related field.Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.Must have experience working with National Retail customers (Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, etc.).Necessary Skills and Attributes:Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to lead initiatives across teams.Superior project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, coordinate and direct project teams and manage budgets.High level of confidence, integrity, and enthusiasm.Positive attitude and possess strong customer service skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail.Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are critical in this role.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by contract employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
