Job Description:

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in developing creative social media strategies and launching a successful social media presence across all platforms, showcasing the unique identity of a fashion brand and establishing a strong connection with the community. Your strategies will be measured by KPIs associated with brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and launch innovative social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals to foster brand awareness and drive growth.

Curate a comprehensive social media marketing calendar across major platforms, ensuring strong user engagement and content relevance.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including designers and operations teams, to optimize platforms for maximum growth and ROI.

Cultivate connections with current and potential opinion leaders and influencers, managing collaborations from agreement to content creation.

Leverage data effectively to acquire insights into the market and trends, developing innovative content that aligns with brand tone.

Advocate for the brand on social media, managing and engaging in dialogues with readers/fans/users to foster community growth.

Cultivate community relationships and stay updated on social media trends to expand the audience and promote discussions.

Qualifications:

Essential skills, experience, and qualifications required to apply:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

5+ years of experience managing social media brand channels.

Proven history of developing creative social campaigns and experience in the use of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Twitter (X), YouTube, Snapchat, etc.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in Mandarin and English, both formally and conversationally.

An ambidextrous thinker who is creative, analytical, and takes pride in their craftsmanship.

Nice-to-have (but not required) skills, experience, and qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing social media brand channels in fields relating to the arts or technology.

Cross-team collaboration skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with creative and non-technical teams.

Experience with photo and video editing technology.

Experience running paid social campaigns.

Experience with Social Media Management tools such as Sprinklr and Curalate.

Experience with setting goals and defining KPIs for driving the overall direction of the program.

Understanding and natural curiosity of evolving social media trends.
