The NFL Media Group is seeking

a versatile

Associate Producer who will play a big role in production of audio and video for the Podcast Department. A successful candidate will be adept

in Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, and has technical experience of working in a video production control room. This position will also be involved with executing a variety of social content to support our various podcasts. Success in this role is reliant on being a self-starter, a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, and an understanding of and experience with creating podcast content.*Please submit a reel or link with examples of your work to be considered.ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day production needs of various NFL Media podcastsAbility to lead and assist the creation of a podcast episode from concept to executionPitch creative ideas to enhance Contribute to developing new segments within live showsFluent in entire Adobe Suite, and highly skilled in Audition and PremiereDemonstrated knowledge and ability with live studio related production technologies, multi-platform workflows and equipmentExperience with vMix Live Video Streaming SoftwareOperating Audio Mixers, Yamaha QL5, System T S300 SSL, Micing Talent, Setting up IFBsTechnical Directing, Sony SwitchersEnsure episodes meet NFL Media’s high-quality standards editorially, audibly, and visuallyStay up to date with industry standards and best practicesCreating attention-grabbing promotional content for various NFL content platformsIdentify ways to improve the production and promotion processCapacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-first, deadline-driven environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in journalism, broadcast media or web production or related field4-10 years of experience in radio/podcast show and/or video post-productionFluent in Adobe Creative Cloud SuiteKnowledge of sound board and microphonesExperience with vMix or other cloud-based production toolsExperience with video encoding platforms and toolsInterest in pop culture and sports entertainmentStrong writing and communication skillsExperience working in a newsroom environment and live studio control roomsOther Key Attributes / CharacteristicsThorough knowledge of the NFL Podcast Network, podcast industry, social media platformsKnowledge of the National Football League, including its clubs, players and historyA motivated self-starter with a proven ability to work collaboratively and independentlyAbility to problem solve, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentTravelThere is potential for some travelPhysical DemandsCarrying or pushing small equipment is possibleTerms /Expected Hours of Work7-month employment period, 40 hours/week expectedFlexible schedule is a must including weekends, holidays, and late nightsSalary / Pay RangeThis job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified.
