IT Communications Specialist!
Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.This is a hybrid 3-month contract role that takes place in Boston, MAWhat You Will Be DoingDevelop and distribute internal IT communications, including newsletters, emails, and announcements.Translate technical information into non-technical language for a variety of audiences.Support IT change management initiatives by preparing and delivering clear communication plans.Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure seamless communication about system updates, implementations, and issues.Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documentation for IT-related meetings and briefings.Act as the liaison between the IT department and other business units to ensure alignment and clarity on IT initiatives.Skills & Experience RequiredStrong verbal and written communication skills.Experience in translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.Social media skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with IT systems and technology projects is a plus.
