We are growing and currently looking for a communicative and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist.
Job Duties
Coordinate marketing activities of the CompanyCreate & manage internal marketing, including employee incentive contestsManage and create new marketing ideas for maximum ROICreate and manage monthly marketing calendarPresent marketing updates at regular meetingsMonitor and maintain inbound calls for accuracy and maximum ROIBe a liaison between marketing agencies and our Company, aligning all the activities towards the Company's marketing goalsMonitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activitiesCommunicate with vendors, prospects, and clientsTrack all marketing campaigns and metricsAdminister all our social media, photographyDevelop marketing strategies for further business growth & developmentWork on TV ads and outdoor advertisingManage YouTube channel, including making videos at job sites, the office, events, etcHelp in creating marketing materialsControl inventory and coordinate the ordering of marketing suppliesRepresent the Company at community eventsEstablish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; there will be events in the evenings or on weekends to attend
This position reports directly to the Owner.
Base Salary: $20.00- $30.00 per hour, depending on experience + Benefits

Required Qualifications/Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business is preferredAbility to produce written and visual contentMinimum 3 years of digital marketing experienceExperience with social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)Experience with social media analytics and ability to drive social media following and resultsExperience with photo and video editingExperience with Adobe PhotoshopExperience with Google Analytics is a plusStrong communication & presentation skillsCreativity!!!
