Senior Graphic DesignerAbout us:Our creative team is part of a growing group of professionals who provide analytics, digital, design, photography and videography services to clients across the nation (and a few across the pond!). We get excited about finding smart, engaging ways to help our clients help their clients! Our Marketing team tackles projects from postcards to catalogs, logo to environmental design, and more! We work hard and take time to play with quarterly events, staff outings, a birthday committee, and everyday ways to celebrate our accomplishments.About you:You love both the blank canvas and working with a client's existing brand. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects using your organizational skills to keep you on track. You’re comfortable pitching rough sketches and collaborating with your team to solve creative challenges. You will employ your exceptional skills in design composition, user-interface, and typography to create and refine impactful, amazing designs. You enjoy the challenge and are proud of every project you produce!What you’ll do:Complete design projects as assigned on a wide variety of clientsWork with the Art Director to ensure client objectives are metComplete the client approval processCollaborate with other designers to meet production scheduleDevelop strong client relationships, be a client advocate to internal teamsWhat you need:Bachelor’s Degree in the field of design OR 3-years experienceResilient to fast-paced environments where tight deadlines are the normProven success with time management skillsWorking knowledge of Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Portfolio required to apply.What will set you apart:Ability to self-project manageExperience developing strong client relationshipsRetail design or marketing experienceExceptional skill with layout composition and typographyMittera Group is a multi-platform communications company with more than 2,000 professionals that provide quality printing, direct mail, analytics, design and digital solutions for clients throughout the U.S.
