Position Purpose:
Support the management of day-to-day relationships with local health plan marketing teams to successfully procure/re-procure Medicaid managed care contracts through best-in-class, insight driven marketing, media, and activations to drive impact at a local level. Support the execution of the annual marketing plan for the Medicaid managed care plans to grow member acquisition and retention in close partnership with the Health Plan teams. Help identify, design and drive adoption of marketing capabilities, platforms, and processes at a national level to support the state-based and local Health Plan efforts.Drive the adoption of common ways of working that support Medicaid’s strategy and leverage tools that can help drive marketing excellence across the networkIdentify opportunities for scale and efficiency in both enabling investment (agency fees, production, research etc.) and media to support development and delivery of hyper-local contentIdentify and gather best practices and learnings to share with state-based markets and establish a community of practice to scale across the networkDrive the day-to-day execution portfolio strategy to communicate Health Plans’ community impact to key stakeholdersMonitor compliance with federal norms including regulatory, accreditation, and auditsCraft and adapt marketing activations content so that they are relevant and accessible to all audiencesSupport design, planning, and execution of national, regional, and state-level campaigns to help support Medicaid membership and messaging goalsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred. 3+ years of related business experience required. Healthcare industry marketing experience preferred. Marketing and/or communications experience preferred.Pay Range: $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
