based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.

The Integrated Marketing Senior Manager at Ocean Spray will report to the Marketing Activation Associate Director and is part strategic thinker and part project manager. This role is for you if you have a general understanding and desire to keep learning about all facets of the marketing ecosystem, including but not limited to, creative campaign development, social media, PR, partnerships, omni/shopper marketing, and paid media. You enjoy being a master collaborator who connects dots across various marketing tactics always looking for creative cohesion and ways to build authentic, human relationships with consumers. You stay one step ahead of the team anticipating issues and proactively thinking of creative solutions. You say bring it on to projects that are fast-paced and complex. Clear written and verbal communication is your strong suit.

A Day in the Life...

Agency and Team Stewardship

Fosters collaboration among cross functional teams ensuring effective ways of working.

Leads quarterly communications briefing with cross functional teams.

Ensures business priorities are integrated across marketing ecosystem channels.

Manages weekly team and agency status calls by establishing agendas and sending meeting recaps.

Determines the right time to share key updates with cross functional teams and is thoughtful for how teams are brought along for the journey with complex projects.

Foresees any issues and proactively works to find potential solutions.

Develops workback plans for integrated plan development and projects falling from integrated plans.

Marketing Planning Stewardship:

Develops integrated marketing planning timelines from briefing through leadership presentations to meet in-market deadlines.

Leads collaboration with cross functional teams (internal and external) to build integrated marketing plans with strategic storytelling.

Stays up-to-date with marketing ecosystem tactics (including but not limited to creative campaign development, social media, PR, partnerships, omni/shopper marketing, and paid media).

Connects dots across the marketing ecosystem ensuring creative cohesion and ways to build authentic, human relationships with consumers.

Builds integrated marketing presentation templates with strategic storytelling embedded to guide inputs needed from cross functional teams.

Creative Stewardship:

Serves as the day-to-day contact for Ocean Spray’s creative agency partners.

Ensures internal team needs are being addressed by agency partners.

Writes briefs in collaboration with cross functional team members for creative asset needs (including but not limited to creative campaigns, influencers, and paid asset).

Builds and communicates ways of working for the teams involved in creative development and production processes.

Builds timelines and schedules meetings to steward the team throughout the creative development and production processes.

Communicates expectations and next steps with internal team members throughout the creative development and production processes.

What We Are Looking For:

B.A. or equivalent.

7+ years of relevant experience on either agency or client-side.

General understanding of the marketing ecosystem (including but not limited to creative campaign development, social media, PR, partnerships omni/shopper marketing, and paid media).

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Experience collaborating with cross functional teams.

Experience managing agency partners and/or client relationships.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

Experience with CPG Food/Beverage space is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 7 Years of Experience
