As a crucial member of the McGrath Institute for Church Life communications team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and implement innovative digital strategies that advance the priorities and objectives of the Institute. The position will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. The position will maintain the Institute's social media presence across all digital channels, manage targeted email campaigns, and produce reports on the outcome of marketing efforts. The position will also monitor ongoing changes in digital marketing and innovations in social media, and will manage the Institute's website content and functioning.Minimum Requirements

3 to 4 years of related work experienceExceptional ability to communicate complex ideasDemonstrated ability to work with CRM tools and databasesExperience in digital marketing, social media, and contentExperience with analytics and creative problem-solvingSuperior organization and project management skillsAbility to effectively prioritize while juggling multiple deadlinesProven ability to build effective working relationshipsDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications
