As a Technical Writer, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation. Your cloud experience will be key in creating and updating documentation for our cloud-based solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and API guides. Simplify complex technical information for various audiences. Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure documentation accuracy. Utilize your cloud expertise to document cloud services and architecture. Review and update existing documentation to keep it current.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, DITA, Confluence). Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:the individual's skill sets, experience and training;licensure and certification requirements;office location and other geographic considerations;other business and organizational needs.With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
