Marketing Assistant
to join their team in
El Segundo, CA!
This role is onsite 2 days a week so local candidates are required.

Any prior experience working in marketing operations or marketing project coordination for healthcare, medical device, or pharma companies is highly desired but not required.ResponsibilitiesProvide support in Powerpoint presentation creation and social media content calendar managementCoordinate and check in on marketing project submission review processesProvide assistance and support for customer visits, speaking engagements, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) selection and booking
(arrange group meeting locations, meals, entertainment, and necessary marketing materials for events)Support meetings and trade shows by assisting in idnetifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts, developing schedules, etc.Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, conventions, and workshopsRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred2 years of experience in a Marketing Assistant or Project Coordination roleExperience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerpointGood writing, presentation, and communication skillsExperience in healthcare, medical device, or pharma industries is a plus!
