The Senior Account Strategist manages clients, projects, and strategy to ensure alignment with the internal communications strategy and the organization’s business goals. They understand the organization’s and the clients’ goals and drive insights that contribute to strategy to meet those goals.The Internal Communications team shares ProMedica news and celebrates our people and programs. The Senior Account Strategist builds trusted relationships with internal clients and manages projects, clients, and strategy to ensure alignment. They also develop content that aligns with the internal communications strategy and the organization’s business goals, ensuring staff feel valued and informed. This role often requires managing multiple – sometimes shifting – priorities and working efficiently in the company’s project management tool.They are a true team player with a stellar work ethic and a sense of humor. They thrive on meaningful work, embrace innovation, and possess a problem-solving mindset.ACCOUNTABILITIES

Demonstrate understanding of the organization’s and the clients’ goals.Manage projects, clients, and strategy to ensure alignment with the organization’s business goals; manage workflow in designated project management tool.Drive insights that contribute to strategy.Understand the power of story to inspire action and/or emotion and develop content that aligns with the organization’s business goals and the internal communications strategy, ensuring staff feel valued and informed.Establish and nurture trusted relationships with internal clients to serve as a confident strategic advisor regarding communications strategy and tools.Understand and communicate defined metrics of success and translate key findings into strategy.Perform careful editing that conforms to AP Style.Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s in English, journalism, public relations, or communications.Skills: Strategic and creative thinking; ability to establish and nurture trusted relationships and manage people and projects; natural curiosity to seek out and report on interesting, relevant content; excellent writing skills; ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic environment with multiple priorities; careful proofreading and knowledge of AP Style; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; excellent verbal communications skills; solutions-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset; genuine interest in health care, health, and well-being.Years of Experience: 5-7.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
