Marketing Director / Clinical Liaison

Lake Charles Care Center, a 176-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a marketing professional with at least three years of outside marketing experience in a healthcare related field in the Lake Charles area, to serve as Marketing Director/Clinical Liaison. LPN is a plus. The Marketing Director will promote the existing facility as well as a separate Rehab to Home unit.

Marketing Director/Clinical Liaison Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with Lake Charles area hospitals and other key sources to generate appropriate referrals

Implement effective facility marketing to build community awareness

Conduct and accurately communicate patient assessments to determine admission criteria is met

Operate as a key member of the admissions team

Effectively track and interpret marketing data for development and implementation of strategic plan and objectives

Ensure census goals are met consistently

Marketing Director/Clinical Liaison Requirements

Three (3) or more years’ experience in Marketing/Admissions in a healthcare-related field

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet navigation

Ability to demonstrate proven success in consistently exceeding marketing targets and goals

Excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently and with a team
