Individuals will have the opportunity to help launch the next evolution of the Recruitment Marketing organization and blaze the trail of innovation in the Clinician Services sector.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Study data and market conditions to help determine qualities of a specified market (reputable school systems, low cost of living, etc.)Gather and evaluate market, prospect, and competitor informationAssist in candidate profiling to captivate our talent poolIdentify media opportunities unique to given markets actionableAssess, identify and develop creative ways to consult with recruiters on effective communication with candidatesProvide ongoing messaging surrounding marketing activity to maximize communication efforts across Talent AcquisitionResearch marketing trends to improve candidate experience and engagementCreate and implement strategies for building a traditional talent network/talent communityTranslate market level research into effective Recruitment Marketing strategiesEquip Recruiters with Recruitment Marketing levers/tacticsHost standing recruiter roundtables delivering recruitment marketing best practices and strategiesQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other equivalent relevant degree required4-6 years of experience in recruitment marketing, campaign development and management, employer branding, strategic marketing, and/or corporate brand marketingExperience in problem solving, situational analysis and assessments and translating outcomes into strategic solutionsHighly proficient in project managementAbility to influence and provide support at all levels of the organization to drive execution of plansAbility to drive results, be agile, and meet tight deadlinesEffective and responsive written and verbal communications
