About The Senior Designer PositionThis role includes a wide variety of activities! We need a team member who can:Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationshipsOverseeing Junior Designers as they model in Sketchup (+ occasional modeling also)Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, lead time, and pricingSelect of Finishes & FixturesSelect of Art & FurnitureManage the Finish Schedule and Materials WorksheetKeep the design portions of projects on budgetProvide mentorship and leadership to other designers in the officeCoordinate effectively with internal teams: construction, architecture, designManage the Design Process for multiple projects simultaneouslyHit internal design deadlinesTrack design time for better managementContinually look for ways to improve our processManagement Style: Must be able to self-manage & effectively lead othersEducation: Bachelor's DegreeSoftware:
