Digital Designer - Financial Services Marketing

PPB Capital Partners is continuing to grow as a top leader in the Alternative Investment industry! We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Designer professional to join our expanding Marketing Team! The ideal candidate must have prior Digital Marketing experience and must be able to demonstrate excellent creative skills in a B2B platform.
Key Responsibilities:Design experience for both digital and print with an ability to deliver effective visual messaging.Specialized working knowledge in print, web, video design, infographics, social media, and animation.Experience in B2B design work, specifically within an institutional-focused venue with a modern, professional feel.Proficiency with building and managing a brand and creating a brand library.Produce assets for social media, digital ads, print ads, video, ABM, events, email, interactive tools, marketing materials, brochures, collateral, and infographics.Advanced proficiency in web and graphic design software such as XD, Dreamweaver, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Ability to recommend effective design tools and programs.Develop templatized materials and images for key marketing distribution channels to execute a repeatable process.Presentation creation with advanced expertise in PowerPoint; alternative presentation platform experience, like Ceros, is a plus.UX/UI experience implementation with an ability to design UI elements, templates, and tools including navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for websites and mobile applications.Extensive experience in creating websites using CMS platforms like WordPress, Hubspot, Uberflip, and Ceros.Design wireframes, mock-ups, and production ready comps.Demonstrated ability to ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across various devices and screen sizes.Effectively convert graphics, video, and written components into compatible formats for the web.HTML and coding background experience is desired; App development experience is a plus.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Art, or a similar field is preferred.Prior experience as a Digital Designer is required. Experience working within the financial investment services sector is a plus.Proficiency to demonstrate effective thought leadership and key critical thinking skills across all levels and phases of digital project design from conception through implementation.Ability to demonstrate professionalism and team collaboration when interacting with both external and internal stakeholders.Detail-oriented and ability to effectively monitor project status and manage timelines to keep all task phases on track toward successful outcomes.Competency to identify and implement problem resolutions at all phases of each project; intrinsic ability to reach the most effective solutions within strict deadlines.PPB Capital
