If you are looking for a great career opportunity and want to join a team of energetic (and fun!) professionals look no further!The RoleUnder the direction of the COO, the marketing specialist will lead content creation and the execution of marketing efforts directed at building the brand among customers and supporting the sales team.ResponsibilitiesPartnerships & ToolsIdentify and oversee relationships with outsourced partners including content development and SEO.Monitor performance of tools used by Sales and Marketing teams including marketing automation, Salesforce, video and sales training tools, and LinkedIn.Oversight of Marketing ProgramsLead in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including upsell initiatives to existing clients' website development, content strategy, account-based campaigns targeted at qualified leads, email, SEO, and customer events.Allocate the Department workload, overseeing the functions performed by the Marketing Coordinator.Participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting efforts.Ensure the measurement of marketing initiatives with a focus on ROI and KPIs.Content CreationLead content creation with the goals of building the brand, enhancing customer relationships, and lead generation. Oversee the publication of content for the website, email campaigns, and other channels.
