Marketing Manager

will join a growing marketing team as we support a rapidly growing business. The Marketing Manager role will establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. The role will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration while analyzing insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across multiple audiences.Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.Assist in development and measurement of marketing KPIs and development of campaign ROI models.Develop dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insights to marketing and sales stakeholders.Basic Qualifications:BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Visual Design, or other related major or equivalent professional experience.Two or more years of experience in a marketing role.Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.Experience with an analytics tool, preferably Google Analytics.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface across all levels of the organization.Highly organized and detail oriented.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.Ability to work collaboratively across cross functional teams and roles.Strong service and support orientation.An enthusiastic positive team player who is able to support and serve those around them.THE PERKS (and these are just a few):Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.401(k) retirement plan (with up to 4% match).Paid volunteer days.Employee assistance program.Tuition assistance, parental leave and military leave assistance.QTS scholarship for dependents.
