We are looking for a passionate, talented, and creative Social Media Coordinator to build and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role will be to execute online marketing strategies through social media platforms to promote our marketing and sales efforts. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for conducting research on our target audience, generating KPIs and designing social campaigns and strategies to assist the company in reaching its goals. You should have a strong understanding of the best practices for multiple social channels and experience using tools to monitor and assess the effectiveness of our strategy.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The employee must be able to perform all the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Conduct audience research to determine preferences and be up to date with current trends.

Generate engaging text, image, and video content to sustain the audiences’ curiosity and ignite a buzz around new product.

Evaluate web traffic, customer engagement metrics and the effectiveness of SEO strategies.

Follow current trends and changes in the various social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial ways.

Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.

Manage social media accounts’ layout and develop a posting schedule for each platform.

Recommend new strategies to attract potential clients such as promotions and competitions.

Monitor trending hashtags that you can apply to your daily updates so that the brand can get more exposure through hot topics.

Engage with the audience by answering questions, responding to comments as well as address praises and complaints.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

Prior experience as a Social Media Coordinator or a related role.

Expertise in multiple social media platforms.

In-depth understanding of keyword research, Google Analytics and SEO.

Able to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).

Working knowledge of online marketing strategies and marketing channels.

Ability to anticipate and use future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid multitasking and analytical skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED EXPECTATIONS

Company policy and safety awareness must abide by and enforce best safety practices. Must abide by agreed upon work schedule (attendance and punctuality).

Strong observational skills with a high attention to detail to ensure high animal welfare standards are maintained.

Team and communication skills strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with other staff members. (Bilingual skills preferred: Arabic, English and Spanish)

Abilities and quality of work attention to details, asking questions, and inspecting work for accuracy.

Time management excellent prioritizing, planning, time management, and organizational skills.

Lead / self-led skills be self-motivated, have patience to hold space, take initiative, problem solving, flexibility and willing to learn new tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
