Customer service, reception, consultations, developing quotations and closing sales following our core “Customer Service Philosophy.”Sign & Graphic Design and Production layout and design for all companies.Quality control & Client notificationClose out paperwork.Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs.Proofreading and editing all documentation.Management of media profile.Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign-making professional.Use our time tracking software daily.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area.Other projects and jobs as needed.Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of Company Sign layout philosophy.3 years or equivalent Project Production Coordinator production operations experience.Consultation or Sales experience and/or one year of supervisory experience or equivalent.Background in vinyl creation and application.Expertise in using Adobe Design Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).Solid Understanding of FONT selection and management.Solid understanding of Color management.Experience with GRAPHTEC 9000-160 plotter/cutter and GRAPHTEC Cutting Master 4 and Onyx RIP software.Experience with large format digital printing, HP365 or equivalent.Understanding of Media profiles and how to manage them.Experience with Roll over laminating table.Knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based computer systems.Minimum Qualifications:
Creative.Very detail-oriented and organized.Excellent communication and managerial skills.3 years or equivalent Project Production Coordinator level design and Adobe Creative Cloud experience.Ability to embrace and encourage the team spirit and image using our Customer Service Philosophy.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.Must be able to withstand a reference check for credibility and a background check.Track record with a proven ability to win, close deals and lead a department.Energetic, expressive & pleasant personality.Solid computer skills with the ability to learn and apply sign making techniques.
