We are hiring a Multimedia Specialist to produce digital graphics, content, videos, and photography that advances our mission and strategic objectives. If you have a passion for creating high-impact content and working with a collaborative, mission-focused team, then this role is for you.
In this position, you will:
Design, edit, and produce multimedia content for the organization to use internally and externally.
Plan, coordinate, and optimize online ads on various platforms and channels.
Create video content from ideation to final production using creative cloud tools to cut, edit, and incorporate animation and motion graphics.
Collaborate with internal customers to capture photos and videos at agency meetings and events onsite and in the community.
Manage the organization’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) and partner with stakeholders to provide relevant graphics and media.
Identify opportunities to use multimedia content to enhance the customer experience, support our marketing strategy, and maintain our employer brand.
Successful candidates will have:
Three years of experience designing and creating multimedia content and communications.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Experience in digital and visual media including photos, icons, and graphics.
Experience with digital photography and videography, to include lighting, production, and editing.
Proficiency in operating a variety of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, and other tools to capture high-quality still photographs and motion videos across diverse environments.
A collaborative approach to meeting customers’ and teammates’ needs and expectations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to produce high-quality work.
Superior time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment:
This position works a hybrid schedule, with a few days per week onsite at our office.
Occasional travel required.
Constantly operate a computer and other office equipment including typing and keying.
Must be able to occasionally move about the office to retrieve files and documents.
Occasionally bend and squat to lift or move equipment or supplies.
