The Retail Vendor Marketing Manager utilizes a wide range of skills and works across functional areas such as commercial team, category marketing, digital marketing and content creation to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at Amazon through Retail Media.This position will develop strategic plans based on category and vendor's needs, by analyzing a wide range of marketing and merchandising metrics, to grow vendor’s traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement and overall revenue to Amazon. This role will autonomously create comprehensive marketing proposals, define pricing strategy, create go-to-market plans and engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize and deliver the plan. This role will also manage direct reports and contribute to people development.Retail Vendor Marketing role is in the Product Marketing career path at Amazon and offers an opportunity for greater responsibility and professional development into a variety of areas including Digital Marketing, Site-Merchandising, Vendor Management and Marketing Strategy.Key Job Responsibilities

Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programsExperience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
