Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist
to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will design graphics, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content to enhance our company's brand presence.Responsibilities:Graphic Design:Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, digital marketing materials, signage, pitchbooks, and other collateral.Generate creative ideas and translate them into compelling visual content.Leverage extensive brand design and management experience to oversee and evolve Just Nutritive brand's digital identity across all e-commerce and social media platforms.Ensure brand consistency in visual communication, adapting strategies to suit different online mediums (e.g., website, social media posts, reels, stories, newsletters, and display ads).Apply extensive experience in packaging design to develop eye-catching, brand-aligned packaging for beauty care products.Assist in the conceptualization and execution of digital and print advertising campaigns tailored for online audiences.Assist in the design and layout of the company's e-commerce site.Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop, optimize, and implement a coordinated social media strategy.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives.Utilize skills in ideation, composition, and information design to lead the creation of innovative and engaging digital content.Content Creation:Collaborate with various teams within the organization to create engaging and shareable content for social media promotion.Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.Software Proficiency:Proficient in Canva software for graphic design.Preferably skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with other departments to understand their graphic design and social media support needs.Participate in mock presentations and identify potential quality concerns.Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.Coordinate with external vendors if necessary.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media initiatives.Use data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Design, or Marketing.Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Canva.Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, story-telling, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of industry tools and software, such as project management tools.Knowledge of print production, die lines, color, typography, and pre-press.Possesses strict attention to detail.Self-driven, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Knowledge of packaging design.Demonstrated problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages and opportunities for professional growth and development.
