Motorola Solutions is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help grow our cloud-native Avigilon Alta offering within the VS&A portfolio. As a Product Marketer, you will work across Marketing and with Product Management and Sales to develop and deliver exceptional marketing for our Avigilon Alta Video solution.Who you are:You are a creative storyteller with excellent communication skills that span writing, speaking, and presenting.You are curious, asking questions and open to learning new technologies, new audiences, and new markets.You can admit mistakes, and have the ability to learn from them and move forward.You can take complex products or features and distill them into clear, concise, value-focused messages.You have the talent to create compelling and exciting messages to differentiate your product in the market.You are organized, with excellent follow-up skills, and can take ownership of projects and see them to completion.You thrive in cross-functional environments and can build relationships across teams to drive the greatest impact.You can creatively problem-solve and adapt to shifting projects and moving targets.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Partner with Product Management to be the voice of the customer.Craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of your solution and differentiates it in the market.Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis.Conduct competitor and market research to better understand our differentiation, target customers, key industries, and buyer personas.Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and pipeline.Work with Integrated Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive demand for products and solutions.Develop internal and external facing content to enable Sales to effectively position and sell Avigilon Alta.Design and execute channel marketing strategy and collateral to drive adoption, including training, tool kits, and enablement materials.Own product and feature launches, including messaging and positioning, identifying target audiences, and creating content to support the launch.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Degree concentration in marketing, business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably B2B.Experience working with a combined hardware/software cloud (SaaS) solution a plus, with an emphasis on video security/access control.Basic Requirements:Bachelors Degree.1+ years of product marketing experience.This position requires being located in the Eastern Time Zone.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.Travel Requirements
